My stay at the Grand Hotel Palace was truly amazing. The elegant atmosphere and the spacious Junior Suite made for a luxurious home base while exploring Rome. I particularly appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially Mirco at reception. However, the breakfast options could have been a bit more varied, and I did experience a few minor issues like a toilet needing repair during my visit.

While the Grand Hotel Palace offered a charming atmosphere and really good staff service, it fell short in room functionality and maintenance, impacting my overall experience. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Rome's major attractions comfortably. However, some amenities like the spa were underwhelming, which was disappointing after long sightseeing days.

My stay at Grand Hotel Palace in Rome was a bit of a mixed bag. The location is super strategic, just a short walk to all the must-see spots like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made exploring a breeze. On the upside, the staff were fantastic and really went out of their way to make me feel at home, but the amenities left a bit to be desired, especially for a supposedly five-star hotel.

Rooms

The room was spacious and had a lot of marble, which I dug, but some amenities like soaps weren't replaced regularly.
Service

Perfectly located across from the American Embassy, which feels safe and is walking distance to tourist attractions.
Dining

Dining was okay with a nice ambience, but I was hoping for a bigger breakfast selection considering the price.

The gym was tiny and not very clean; could use some upgrades and attention, but room service was quick.
